Dolan Dalpoas is board-certified in healthcare management and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. As the President and CEO of Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital, Dolan delights in providing excellent healthcare to his hometown of Lincoln, Illinois. Dolan models his commitment to Lincoln and serves as LEAD’s Board Chair.

Patrick Doolin employs his love of business and valuing people over profit as the founder and CEO of Integrity Data, a Microsoft Gold Partner company. An entrepreneur at heart, Patrick thrives on pursuing many different business opportunities through hard work, giving back, and paying forward, which he demonstrates as LEAD’s Vice Chair.

 
 
 

As a commercial banker for 36 years and community bank president for 19 years, Steve Aughenbaugh continues to be a leader in Lincoln’s financial sector. Steve serves as Senior Vice President of the State Bank of Lincoln, a Division of Heartland Bank and Trust Company, after steering the company through a recent merger. Steve uses his education and experience in service to many different local boards of directors, including his position as LEAD’s Treasurer.

Veronica Ohler

Board Secretary

Veronica Ohler has worked at five separate Eaton locations including factories of varying sizes, a division headquarters, a new acquisition, and a location with foreign ledgers. As the Plant Controller and lead of the accounting team in Lincoln, Veronica draws on her experience to work with the Lincoln and corporate teams to justify cost saving projects and investment opportunities for sustainability and growth. Veronica brings this expertise to LEAD in her position as Board Secretary.

 
 
 

Eric Burwell is a principal at Burwell Management Company, which focuses on investments in private equity, real estate investment and development and other liquid securities. Eric believes giving back to a community is important and has led the charge to develop Lincoln’s west side in the past 25 years. Eric was raised in Lincoln and looks forward to the community’s continued success. In addition Eric is a licensed real estate managing broker with Eric E. Burwell Illinois licensed real estate managing broker, LLC which focuses solely on commercial real estate.

Dave Gerlach, Ph. D

Dave Gerlach, Ph.D., an accomplished nonprofit leader and educator, transformed Lincoln College back to its roots as a bachelors and masters degree granting university. Dave assists new businesses with community and workforce development.

 
 
 

Learning his love of cars and community from his father, Chris Graue is the second-generation General Motors Dealer in Lincoln, Illinois. From successorship experience to paying it forward, Chris is involved in several local organizations, who appreciate his civic-mindedness, business insight, and his love of barbeque.

Lynn Paulus

Lynn Paulus is part owner of multiple hotels and Nancy’s Pizza restaurants in Central Illinois. She is also involved with her family’s sesquicentennial hog and grain farm. As a longtime community leader, Lynn’s vast experience adds to the depth of expertise within the LEAD board.
